I love this little hotel¡ love the Lucille Ball theme. And there was a woman singing...Kristi King who was AMAZING!

Our first day at this place was a nightmare. Our keys kept “demagnetizing” and the front desk was really condescending saying that we were using them wrong. At some point there was a parrot squalking from 4-6 AM... We would have asked for our money back however the entire city was booked completely out. We watched the front desk clerk hang up on numerous people saying”they’ll just keep calling back.” There was a young woman who worked the afternoon shift who actually had customer service who was a delight to deal with every few hours when our room keys stopped working. Lastly, our bed spread was stained. I had to request fresh bedding and for the price of this “resort” that’s absolutely unacceptable.
We won’t be returning in the future.

The bed was super comfy. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Only complaint was the tiny tv and electrical outlets are hard to access or don’t work. Had to put the coffee maker in the bathroom to access a usable plug. We’d definitely come back. Loved all the Lucy and Dezi pictures on the walls!!
