I was happy that we were offered a pool view, however the first 2 days they were building a cabana right in front and was impossible to enjoy the patio in the morning. I was also charged $50 for 3 phone calls my 5 year old made to my cell phone. It’s seems a little exuberant for a total of 7 min call.

Absolutely thrilled with our stay at this property. The pools are fabulous, the staff were incredible and the rooms are spacious and clean. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Great place to just relax with all the pools and lazy river and slides.
Only negative I have about this place is when reserving a day bed by the lazy river other guest that didn’t pay for them will use them and the staff won’t tell them anything. The day beds are not free to use that’s why we payed for one. It’s unfair to paying guest when non paying guest use them with no consequences.

Rude staff. Made up so maby things as they went along. Was told i would get a late checkout, did not. Was told my requests were being added to my reservation, they were not. I'll gladly pay a competitor more money next time.

It was great modern clean
Good energy
Staff
Only hiccup ac at night was loud. I let front desk know she comped me two drinks at check out. I appreciated it while I waited for my teenager’s to get it together.
I would come back
