This was not our first stay at this establishment, but it is certainly our last!
Upon check-in, we were told the elevator was not working. Things happen, I understand however, we stayed eight days and it never got fixed.
Our very first day at the beach, got back to the hotel, had to walk up two flights, and our keys did not work because they were programmed wrong 😡 had to walk back down to the office
Our room, that costed almost $3000, was very dated. Had a full kitchen, but very few utensils.
The whirlpool bath was in horrible condition, I used it one time and black stuff came out of the Jets
Now, let’s just talk about the band they had! The music was so loud in our room (again just under $3000 for the week) that we could not hear our TV! When I called to complain, I was told the band would be done at 10 PM.
So we had our TV turned all the way up, and I could still barely hear it
This is definitely not a family, friendly hotel! I feel very sorry for any guests that had small children and had to hear that blaring music
I forgot to mention! There was a gap under our front door there were flying bugs all over our room and there were little larva in the bathroom all over the sink … disgusting!
The deck was in such bad shape that my husband got a splinter and his foot from walking on it
Such a shame, because the first time we stayed there, we loved it! Second time felt that it had gone downhill, but this time I can honestly say it is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in in FL

The pool and the sort walk to the beach was great! The unit we were in needed to be updated but it was very clean inside just needs upgrades. The front office staff was very helpful.

Bugs were crawling on us last night! Totally unacceptable. We booked a King balcony with Marina View room. I had to move all our stuff to a different room and move my kids at 11pm. Even in new room there were bugs. I was unable to sleep and now I have to fumigate my bags before bringing them home!
