Perfect location and hotel. The balconies are closed for remodel, other than that great.

I wish there was an concession store inside the hotel. Also, the view was beautiful but the balconies are condemned. The pool area and deck could use an update and refurbishment. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean.

Paid for balcony front and it was not even open i left and didnt stay there it was horrible

Balconies not usable, water leaked from AC and soaked shoes in our closet. Room was neat and clean otherwise.

Cons: Biggest issue is balconies aren’t usable due to damage. Shame because the property is right on the ocean. No convenient USB ports or usable outlets next to beds for charging devices. Icemakers on all floors but only on certain floors are they usable. In room phone didn’t work. Pros: Plenty of parking. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Thank you for your feedback, Rhonda. Balconies are down only because of the construction work we did on them just needs the last approval from the City to open them back up again. We're anticipating them being open very soon. There are plugs beside and/or behind the bed for future reference, and we plan to put new lamps that have plugs for charging items on the nightstands. There are ice machines only on Floors 3,6,9 & 12. Sorry to hear your phone in your room didn't work. I will pass that on to our Maintenance Team to fix, thank you. Hope you come again sometime so we can give you a better experience next time!

A day before my reservation they called to inform me that the balconies were still closed, too late to cancel. Drinks at the bar are expensive and bottled water was $4. Ants in the sink. Older male bartender complaining about female staff helping with food to everyone sitting at the bar. Loved the room, just very disappointed about not using balcony.
