I loved this property. It was very peaceful. Dining was great and the staff were friendly. Will be visiting again.

All staff were great. Location, beach access, restaurant/bar with music were amazing. Had some persistent plumbing issues in our room- toilet wouldn’t flush fully, shower pressure super low, ants. But staff was very nice in trying to address and the rest was so great I’d stay again

We had a great stay here. I really enjoyed the Crown Plaza. It was clean safe and quiet. The pool was great, there was live entertainment. everybody was very kind and friendly amazing staff. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because I didn’t realize if we self parked we still had to pay the $20 a day parking fee. I just feel like I should have been told that upfront, I wasn’t the only one who was surprised that I saw and heard other people, complaining as well. I would’ve stayed there anyway I would’ve like to have known that beforehand

We were surprised with this hotel. I must admit the outside of hotel is a little confusing, it’s not too clear that it is Crown Plaza. We saw a couple of different signs before we saw the hotel name. The outside is the most outdated but the rooms and inside/lobby were great inside. Only complaint is that the restaurant inside the hotel was way overpriced for the quality of food, really not impressed. Room service took way too long and added about $15 in the bill compared to walking up to the bar and ordering to go.

The only thing was parking because if we want to go outside and back is a valet parking I don’t like it but was not back
