There was no ice bucket or coffe maker in the room. Breakfast was very limited and extremely unsanitary!!! Remote control was broken and there no ac in the halls.

I am very sorry to hear about your stay. We do have Ice buckets at the front desk for guest. I will check on that. Coffee is free 24 hours a day in the Lobby always hot. We do not advertize in room coffee. Our AC units are in each room and You are correct halls are not heated or cooled I am sorry if this was uncomfortable. We do offer a breakfast plus hot item. Our Brands brekfast is a quick start. Above that we add a hot item at our hotel. I will look into cleanliness as this has not been an issue but will check what was going on durring your stay. We appreciate you as a guest and we are sorry to see that we didn't meet your expectations. Thank you!

Walls are very thin. People are very noisy in the hallway. Had to run the air conditioner all evening to block out the noise.

Our team does their best to keep the noise level down, however, when our guests arrive at the hotel and go to their rooms they do congregate in the halls and that can sometimes become a bit loud. The front staff were amazing. They answered all my questions and fulfilled my hotel needs/request. The rooms are updated and well kept. Will definitely stay again when in Independence, KS.

A very good stay for overnight as we travelled from Granby, Missouri to review Independence after 40 years since residency there.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in , I stayed close to the front desk and it was however very noisy at night

I'm sorry about the noise around the front desk last night. With the weather in the area our lobby was a bit more congested than usual with everyone's concerns after the multple times that the sirens had gone off. Please know that this is not our typical night. We hope you come back and let us show that not only are our rooms clean, but our team works hard to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay.

The pool was filled in with dirt!!! What's that all about??

Thank you for your stay! We are changing the old outdoor pool area into a Dag Park that can be used year round. Our hotel dosn't advertize a pool and we wanted to put that area to good use as an added amenity to our future guests. I hope you will come back and see it once it is done.

Very clean, very nice staff, comfortable bed, my only complaint is we were in the very closest room to the check in desk which wouldn’t have been and issue but there were so many people being loud outside of our room until about 4 am!

Had issues checking in as someone already tried to check me in before i arrived and charged a card i had no intentions of using.

Thank you for your comment. We do pre autorize the card that is used for booking as that is the card Expedia will provide to us. We are always happy to amend the card at check in if another is to be used. Thank you for staying we hope to see you again.
