The staff we encountered there were nice and accommodating, but we did experience quite a few quality issues. Our door to our room did not close, the water pipes were having issues, the couches were dirty and the pillows were not good. The room besides that was decently clean and the bed was pretty comfy. It was not a bad stay but I think there are things that could be improved!

The pool needs a good scrubbing and the carpets in the open areas and room need vacuumed everywhere including under the desks and around the sides of the beds. Otherwise this is a nice hotel to stay at, as we have been here several times before.

I liked the location and the pool but when at capacity they ran out of towels our TV did not work and our door did not lock

The only complaint was no instructions on the heating cooling thermostat…front desk came up at 10pm the show us. But that aside, it was very nice, MUCH better than the other one in town.

Our room was clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The breakfast included biscuits and gravy, waffles, and a variety of other grab and go options. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and the check-in and out process was uncomplicated. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Will stay again if in the area.
