no shower, dirty room, no staff, depressing rooms....staff not about to ask questions regarding condition of rooms...i wouldnt put an animal in these rooms!!

The hotel was entirely as described. I stayed for 2 weeks due to hospital stay and it was a comfortable safe place to stay. We had use of the kitchen area and the gardens were pretty even for the winter, I imagine they would be even better in better weather. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very dated. Would not recommend!

Where do I start? Difficult check in, noise all night, very dated throughout, dirty kitchen so didn't use it. The experience was so bad that all 4 people we had booked in at this hotel for business left a day early as they would rather drive over 5 hours a day than stay another night.
