Pleasant enough stay for 4 nights. However some things that made the stay not enjoyable, completely filthy under the bed, I’m talking crayons, plastic and all sorts. Did not feel safe standing outside all the time for a cigarette. On the last night there was a ‘party’ with a huge obnoxious group. Meant I could not enjoy the skyline one last time, have a drink at the bar, or smoke as they surrounded me, all drunk and uncomfortably close. Also the air con in the room is hard to regulate, either too hot or too cold.
I will say that all the staff were fantastic and very helpful during my stay, so 5 stars to them! Easy enough to jump in a grab to get to main tourist attractions.

Upon arrival it was pouring with rain, the hotel blocks their entrance with a no parking sign, so guests get drenched getting out of the taxi and fetching their suitcases from the boot of the car. No one offers to help make light work of the situation either. The rain fall off from the overhang of course drenches one even further before getting inside. So not a good start to any check-in.
The rooms are not well sound proofed either, you can hear people coming and going from their rooms, talking, and cleaners outside working. I have travelled for over 24 years globally, there are better choices out there.
So, would I stay again, sadly no.
Overall the staff though are very friendly, polite and try hard.

Hotel was excellent, staff were friendly & the view from the elevator lobby on the top floor was absolutely spectacular. Would definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Close to Berjaya Times Square mall made it convient for food and shopping. Great deals in this mall. Also it is huge.
