I take a water thermometer when I travel to onsens The water temperatures in both the mens and women's baths were inconsistent, and were never as hot as I have experienced at other facilities. No complaints, just nothing extraordinary. Very convenient to Umeda Station.

HOTEL IN HELL....
Posted 2 Jan 2019 on HotelsVery Dirty Hotel. Dusty from ceiling lights to old and not well maintained equipment. The hotel is right, it is hotel in HELL. Not recommended. The services is really bad from reception from checkin and checkout.

Perfect place to unwind
Posted 22 Dec 2018 on HotelsOur stay here was absolutely delightful. Check-in was simple even with the staff's limited English. Our room itself was clean, comfortable and ready by the time we got there. We didn't opt for their dinner but their breakfast spread was plenty and delicious. Service staff were kind and helpful. If you choose to use their free shuttle bus service, remember to call the hotel first to make a booking as attendance will be taken.
