Dirty, urine smelling bathroom and room; insects in the bathroom. Garbage from previous visitor stuck along the water pipe under the sink. The remote was not cleaned, probably ever; we had to clean it to attempt to touch it. Have pics for all, but won't bother uploading.

Soundproofing between the rooms was very poor - conversation, TV and toilet flush easily audible, as well as footsteps and bed noises (!) overhead. Small outside dining area was dominated by smokers and therefore unusable by others at breakfast time. The only place to eat was a squalid pizza restaurant next door. Many guests brought their own pillows but mine were acceptable.

Good family rooms. We stayed for 1night and we had a very pleasant time. It was really easy to check in and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was basic but clean. we didn't need anything more for a night before getting the ferry. There's a restaurant opposite to the hotel which serves very nice food. Also, there is a Centre Leclerc 5mins away from the hotel.
