Worst hotel experience EVER
Posted 18 Jul 2021 on HotelsWorst hotel experience EVER. The booking confirmation said wifi and breakfast was included. News flash, there was no wifi and no breakfast to be had even when wanted to pay. The toilet would not flush any #2 deposits we had to fill one of the little garbage cans with water to flush. There was no room key. The manager just opened the door for us. In the morning I left to find some food and pestered the manager to give me a room key. He finally gave me his master key. The room was extremely hot and muggy. No AC. It was cool outside but the window was skrewed shut. It was a smoke free hotel EXCEPT for the bar right next to the lobby. Many people smoking cigarettes so all the halls on every floor were filled with smoke.
Do yourself a favor and pass on the Grand Hotel Ifrane.

Great historic hotel owned by a Moroccan American who knows American style service, this hotel is dead center of the charming town of ifrane 1700 meters or some 6000 feet above sea level, only a short drive from des this location is ideal for the visitor who wants to visit fes and also stay in a small European style village, the food is excellent and the level of service provided but local Berber villagers is unmatched, I would highly recommend.

The shower was not working and at 730 am there was nobody to serve coffee or even perform the check out. Hotel
Is neglected and in a poor shape.

There is a loud nightclub downstairs, and it was very hard to sleep.

Un désastre, fuyez cet hôtel
Posted 29 Sep 2021 on HotelsUn séjour désastreux. Aucun confort, literie infecte, TV limité a 5 chaînes dont la réception est mauvaise, Wifi dans la chambre à peine existant. Petit déjeuner immangeable pour une personne qui n’a pas faim.
Je recommande à Hotels.com de ne plus commercialiser cet hôtel tant que son propriétaire ne fasse pas une mise à niveau.
Bref, actuellement, fuyez cet hôtel

Hôtel médiocre
Posted 26 Feb 2019 on HotelsNous avons été très déçu!! A notre arrivé on nous a informe que l’hôtel est complet, et qu’ils ne peuvent pas nous trouver une chambre!!!
Après 2heures d’attendre, ils nous ont finalement trouvé une chambre sur deux niveaux, un salon en bas et le lit en haut!! Les escaliers étaient tellement dangereux pour monter on a du dormir au salon pour les éviter!!
Lorsqu’on descend à 9h du matin pour le petit déjeuner, on nous informe quil a déjà été servis au groupe qui occupait l’hôtel et qu’ils ont tout débarrasser!! Ensuite il nous ont servis un petit déjeuner médiocre!!!!
Autre chose, à la réception ils refusaient à chaque fois de nous remettre la cle de la chambre (manque de carte), on devait toujours se présenter et attendre qu’une personne se déplace avec nous pour ouvrir la porte (cette même personne s’occupe de tous les services de l’hôtel: réceptionniste, serveur, cuisier, bagagiste....)
Franchement très déçu!! Cet hôtel je le classerez comme un hôtel 2**
