Horrible experience, booked rooms 2 weeks in advance for friends and family on the vacation trip, got them reconfirmed on the day before checking in as we were going to be late, got the confirmation back from Josh. We arrived late at midnight and were informed our rooms are being given away and we can’t get any rooms. So horrifying to find out at 12 midnight that we will have to find a new hotel for us to stay. The guy at reception was no where helpful no night manager to talk with to sort our problem. Very horrible and worst experience. Never will recommend

Josh at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He is great. Everything was very clean. We were able to easily walk downtown from the hotel and could enjoy the river path right behind the property. Great stay.

I had a very restful tow nights. It was great. The only thing that I saw that needed a little more attention would be in the breakfast variety. There was no yogurts or bagels with cram cheese. The eggs can also be changed a little one day you can have cheese omelette another scramble eggs another just add tomato and onions to the scrambled eggs and you now have Spanish eggs anyway more variety to you breakfast dishes. Every thing else was good! Thank you for the great rest.

The building seemed poorly constructed, and we hated the barn door bathroom because it didn’t provide enough privacy. Also, the light in the bathroom would not go off the timer. The location was beautiful along the river and the light in the room was nice.

All the staff r great.. clean property.. very quiet.. Rooms r nice and have enough space.. view from the balcony is pretty good too

This rat infested, fried Chinese food smelling, incompetent hotel staff, disgustly kept place they try to pass as a hotel is the worst in the world! After changing rooms because gobs of hair and toenails were left in the bed, they transferred us to a room where the dust bunnies were larger than my dog and a Komodo dragon could have fed off the dead beetles on the floor. There was bloody fingerprints on the door. Dried pee puddles on the bathroom floor. We had to remind the staff how to use a broom and mop, have our key rekeyed 5 times in two days, and…they sabotaged our toiletries (if only you allowed photos). No working phone, television, no working door eye hole, skeletal hardware on the door (only the guts, no cover plates) broken lampshades hanging off the frame, dirty pool and trash cans by the door overflowed to the ground. Negative 100 out of 5 stars. If we didn’t have to eat the money already spent, we would have left after the first minute of walking in the building.

We have stayed at Le Ritz three or four times the past three years. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and we thought it was a good value. I was surprised to find it is now a Clarion Choice hotel and under new management. The hotel is undergoing renovations throughout. The walls have been painted, but the carpet wasn't taped off, so there is paint overspray throughout. We had no internet service. I told the front desk manager the night we arrived and he assured me it my error logging in (it wasn't). The next day he told me the same thing, but then offerred to change our room to one closer to the wifi server. We declined. There were no towels in our room when we arrived, no coffee, and helf the electrical outlets didn't work. We won't stay there again.

Reception was great. He was very nice and even walked us to our room. Room didn't seem all that clean. Breakfast was not that great. Coffee was not done when breakfast was open. The building is just old, and doesn't seem very up to date.

Walked in the room to find surfaces with Goldfish-like crumbs, hair on toilet seat, not vacuumed. Asked for another room, the mirror had toothpaste spatter all over. They require a $100 deposit for damages but the rooms appear to be scraped, lampshades dented, just terrible condition. I have never left a hotel prior to my stay before, this one was that bad. NEVER AGAIN.
