Posted 6 Jan 2024 on HotelsA very good hotel. A most wonderful experience. Room was comfortable. Onsen was awesome - the size and the space. Sand bath was an interesting experience - quite fun to do as a family. The highlight was the kaiseki dinner - delicious.

We loved our stay at Ibusuki Shusuien. The staff were helpful and everything was smooth and efficient. The food was wonderful, and our server, Sarina, was superb. We recommend for a relaxing stay.

Very nice stay at Shusuien. The meals are excellent. Onsen is comfortable. I went to Onsen twice and there was no one else. The hotel facility is a bit old, as it is a hotel with history. But it is very traditional and you get to experience the culture.

Pros: 직원들의 친절도
Cons: 객실의 불쾌한 냄새, 저녁 및 아침식사
호텔이 오래되었고, 처음 배정받은 다다미방에서는 담배냄새가 많이 났습니다. 그래서 교체요청을 했습니다. 블로그에 나와 있는 것처럼 음식도 그다지 인상적이 못하였습니다.
전반적으로 몰락하는 온천마을의 느낌을 받았습니다.
