Just back from a fantastic week at TRS. Only tiny gripe would be that bar staff were mostly under pressure to provide a good standard of service.

Overall was a good hotel with some 5star services, snacks & foods during the day are limited out of hours. No room service available, if it is they never answered the phone !!We also had an issue with shower door not closing correctly causing a pool of water outside every time we used the shower . Roof top was amazing

The food was amazing. The staff was great and polite. The drinks could have been a bit stronger but they were great.

Communication with the staff was the worst! I had to go to the reception desk soooooo many times for issues and more then once for the same thing! Butler service is pointless because after 3 days trying to get confirmed for one of the 2 reservation dinning options she books me the one that I didn’t want and when I went down there it wasn’t confirmed! We just left the hotel to eat out downtown! The only thing that saved this hotel fe getting a complete zero in my book was SOME of the bartenders MARCO, MISHA,SANDRA,ANNA, And one more but forgot his name every one didn’t acknowledge us when we sat at the bar would tend to other people of other races or pretend to be busy! Would not stay here again!

This hotel is great. Good views and good beds to sleep on. Rooms are also very beautiful. However, I am Very Disappointed in the service. This is supposed to be all inclusive hotel and when you ask for drinks, it sometimes takes them 20-30 minutes to get them or they forget. That is. It acceptable for a 5 star hotel. They need to improve the service a lot more.
