Hotel wasn’t built

Hotel was a building site, room wasn’t ready for hours, the whole place smelled like glue. Didn’t want to give any compensations.

Worst experience of my life if you a tourist trying to stay at this hotel I advise you not to stay. It’s more worth it to pay more money for a better service. The whole condition of the hotel is bad. There is barely people working they come for an hour and go home so if you need help with something you are on your own. The towel are dirty and ripped off. Not to talk about how they almost called the police on some some other tourist inside this because there were some misunderstanding with their reservation. Of what I got pick up from all that miss understanding is that the tourist were trying to explain to them what happened and all the workers cared about was that they paid for the miss understanding or they called the police now imagine getting the police called on you and your not from this country nor was it your fault for the miss understanding. Anyways going back to the hotel itself we slept all three days with the door unlocked and had to go out and leave the doors unlocked because the lock on the door is not working. So if someone comes in they can just easily break in the room. Trust me these place is worthless and disgusting

We regret that it has not been to your liking, for us it was not pleasant either, you hired a room for two and 5 people got in, the next day we called you, wrote you an email and put a note under the door to solve this problem , 5 people cannot be in a room of two, neither for safety and hygiene nor for the money you had paid for two and not for 5 people, we were also knocked on the door and they did not answer, the next day we followed the Same procedure and we even called Expedia to report what happened, you continued with out answer, the third day and also without having done the checking and without knowing who you are, we had to inform you that either you must go down to reception to present documentation or we would have to notify the authorities. It was already at that moment after 3 days when you went down. It was indeed very unpleasant for us as well. On the other hand, the room could not be cleaned because you were locked up and did not open and on the other hand the towels are not torn since they are all new from this year. Best regards

Lovely room and very friendly staff. Only slight complaint is that it is noisy on a night. Not "party" noise but you can hear everything in the rooms either side and every door shutting etc. Handy location for everything Es Canar has to offer as well

Clean rooms ,swimming pool a joke ,roof top terrace nice if you like packing crate furniture No one desk all the time ,front door wide open people off the street could walk in.main concern was breakfast and the lack of choice ,and bins being emptied 4.30 in morning If I go back to Es Cana it will not be to here

Friendly and helpful reception. Small room with all basic amenities. TV/ aircon, fridge. Fridge was old but impressive and can even keep ice which comes in handy. For the price excellent, but if you can afford it pay for the rooms with a sea view. Nice little terrace and tiny pool.

Basically a hostel with individual rooms but very nice and well situated. Central location means it is very noisy outside.

Ibiza being the prime tourist location of Europe its quite expensive and this hotel is quite affordable and with great view and have a nice location. Public transportation is quite accessible as well. Over all this hotel made our stay very convenient and pleasant.
