Horrendous
Posted 23 Sep 2022 on HotelsThe room had cockroaches, and the bedding had cockroach droppings.The care of the concierge was terrible, he gave me a room that was occupied, they treated me really badly, the manager was disrespectful, a lousy treatment.One person one night He forced me and entered the building without having a room and when I went to tell the concierge he did absolutely nothing, I am totally disappointed with the service and the place, I would never return.

However, we have to mention that from the beginning you blamed us because your room had a shared bathroom, from then on you complained about everything, even saying that you had cockroaches in the room when it was not true. Despite that, we tried to accommodate you in another room but you refused. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, we always try to help our guests, but sometimes it is not possible.Next time, we recommend that you check the accommodation information before making a reservation to avoid misunderstandings.

Great price and decent for backpacking couples
Posted 29 Apr 2022 on HotelsDefently a good choice for the price if ylure looking for a decent sized bed in the centre. Clean and basic. No frills but everything you want for a place to lay your head while travelling. The shower in the room was a massive bonus.

Clean room, comfortable bed but a little basic
Posted 25 Sep 2016 on HotelsRoom was clean, location was excellent, air conditioning was great. Our room had a shower and sink but it was not made particularly clear that there were 2 bathrooms between 5 rooms on our floor. Overall it was not too big a deal but I feel that it is something that should've been more slightly more explicit. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

The cheapest place but...
Posted 28 Aug 2016The room was clean, the staff was very nice and the location is great plus is cheap.
The downside is, the hostal is very small so you get in your room every single noise coming from the corridor or next door. It is a very busy hostal so it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Furthermore the main door is very heavy so every guest (including me) slams that door, making it impossible to be quiet. I'd spend a bit more and sleep a bit better (day or night time).
