Amazing property and reception staff.
Staff is very helpful and try their best to help at their best. Property is 15mins walk from city centre. I will definitely will stay there again in future.

the property can not provide double beds for couples.For a 3 star hotel they should be able to provide if is requested

Probably wouldn’t stay again, unless rooms redone
Posted 10 Jul 2023 on HotelsOverall I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The bathrooms were visibly mouldy which could be smelt through the entire room. Tried to open balcony door to air room but due to heat needed to close it.
Also had staff enter room in the mornings before specified “cleaning time”, as well as on the morning we were due to check out. I was in the shower, my husband still in bed.
Vibe around pool was fun and good area to stay in (a little quieter then the main part of Ibiza)

We take all guest feedback very seriously, and we're constantly improving all aspects of our service and facilities. We even use online feedback to train employees. I'm very sorry about the incident with the cleaning staff, but they only do their job. If she doesn't see the "don't disturb" display, after knocking on the door, She has to go in to clean the room. Our room cleaning hours are from nine in the morning to four in the afternoon and check out at eleven in the morning. This is because the chambermaid have to have time to clean the rooms for the guests staying that day.I hope you will consider staying with us again so that we can demonstrate the level of service that we are known for. Check-in went smoothly. It is one reception area for several hotels/apartments having the same brand name. The room was very basic, very plain, and was clean.
