A great base for a 3 night stay. Good value for money. Didn’t realise we would be directly above a supermarket and not a great view from the balcony. That said it was very clean, spacious and everything worked. Would definitely recommend.

Wouldn't reccommend
Posted 15 Jul 2016 on HotelsMain woman at the staff was not very polite or helpful at all. Rooms were very old, clean though and maids were very good. Awful noises, both from hearing through the walls from other rooms and strange pipe like noises in the building..a bit uncomfortably far to walk to bossa beach. Good that there was a supermarket under the apartments.

Hi Sarah, thank you for taking the time to write your comment, it helps us improve. We are sorry to hear that you did not like the apartment, and that you heard noises (sometimes in Ibiza is difficult to control the noise the environment may produce). About the main woman at the staff, we (and also is told in most of the comments we receive) think that is a very helpful and polite person, as much as al the staff that is always willing to help and make you stay like at home. But we all can have a bad day.
About the point concerning the situation, we are located between Ibiza town and Playa den Bossa, where all the leisure facilities are. It is a 15 min walk in both ways and also there is the bus line that conects all the points in the area stopping down the apartments. In the other hand, we are glad you appreciated the cleaning service and the supermarket under the apartments. Kind Regards from the Mc apartments staff.
