I booked a stay on your site but I arrived at the hotel at sometime past 1am and the hotel told me at the gate(really they didn’t even let my car into the premises, I was told by the gateman) that all their rooms were booked and there was no more room in the hotel. So I had no stay basically and I’ve been patiently waiting for my refund for 5 days now. Terrible stay, Terrible hotel booking by hotels.com , you really should check the kinds of hotels you affiliate yourselves with.
