I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The room cleanliness and comfort were excellent; every detail was thoughtfully considered. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. From check-in to check-out, I truly felt like a guest. The location was very advantageous and provided great convenience in terms of transportation. Both the quality of service and the overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. Staff were polite and nice. Excellent location. Breakfast was ok, not a huge selection. We only chose this hotel as it had a spa which we couldn't use as it was fully booked on the day we had free, so highly recommend you book way in advance your 30 min allowance to use the facilities.

We have enjoyed a lot our staying at The Galata Istanbul MGallery hotel. Excellent location and walking distance to the Galata Tower. Very friendly and professional staff, clean room . From the 3rd floor restaurant you could have an amazing view of the Mosque and Bosporus. Really appreciated all the arrangements and help received from the hotel. A must recommend place to stay.

For us this was the perfect location. A couple of minutes from the Galata bridge and access to the old town and minutes away from both the Karakoy area and the Galata Tower albeit up a steep hill but this is unavoidable. Hotel itself was in excellent condition and staff helpful. Bonus is the onsite presence of a beautiful hammam.

This was an excellent choice with very friendly and helpful staff - and well positioned for walking to the old town. The only downside was that we have not booked breakfast before. It was good but expensive- we should have booked it in advance.

Hotel catered to a certain clientele, which wasn’t me but I only stayed one night so everything was fine. Helpful staff, great location close to public transportation and all the happenings around Galata Tower and The Bosporus. Do note the restaurant changes into a club on Friday night, which was right above my room.
