"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location — it’s very close to public transportation stations and within walking distance of several historical places, making it perfect for exploring the city. "As soon as I booked, the hotel guest relations team reached out. I mentioned it was a short break to celebrate my wife’s birthday and requested a Bosporus view room.
To my delight, we were given that dream room, even though it was normally a higher rate. The room was clean and tidy, well-maintained considering its age.
The breakfast was truly 5-star quality — varied, fresh, and delicious.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed. Specially, guest relation officer Ms Salma used to welcome us every morning and had a good chat and wellbeing.
We returned home with wonderful memories of this stay. The thoughtful service and stunning view made it unforgettable
