Good Infrastructure but bad management
Posted 5 May 2017Good infrastructure but looks like total management neglect of a property which could have been a real 3-star hotel. If this is a chain of hotels, I will avoid it in in other places as well.

Hopeless hotel in secunderabad

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Need to improve on all the things including service.
The worst hotel in Secuderabad, service is pathetic, linens were dirty, even the changed linen was dirty, plumbing condition is poor, insufficient lighting in room.

Service was highly compromised. I understand limited occupancy might be a reason as I found hardly any guests in restaurant.

I had one bad experiance with you.i have booked hetel room thru your website.print out of booking shows i get complimwntary breakfast where as united 21 hotel refused to honor complimentary break fast. Finally on last day of my stay they agreed to honor commitment after lot of arguments. I requst look into this matter and not to harrass costomers during their stay
