The rooms are huge and very comfortable. There were tons of mosquitos in our room and I got quite a few bites. When I mentioned this to the front desk as it seemed like they were somehow getting inside because I would kill all of them and more would appear, they said “well what do you expect we are next to the ocean.” While I understand it might be hard to prevent mosquitos so close to the water, I was a little thrown back by the tone and delivery of the response I got.

Hello,thank you on your review but I just need to answer. I told you "We have more mosquitos in this time of the summer, specialy in August." And also I said "We will sure take a look in that particular apartment to try avoid mosguitos". You understand me wrong and I'm sorry for that.

Great apartments, out of town but the staff were able to organise taxis. Love the fact your fridge is full and lots of snacks available in apartment, but all really reasonable prices similar to supermarkets prices

Rough start but turned out ok

We were in B 2 It does not have a private sitting area or balcony and the pool area was too full to use during the day. The units with balconies would be fine. Everything was very clean and it appeared that they tried had to please the guests

Each unit is an apartment complete with kitchen. Very clean and practically new. Staff were very helpful, communicated via WhatApp. Delicious breakfast. It was very helpful that they provide Taxi service, we used it several times during the stay because Uber was unreliable.

This hotel has got to be one of the best places on the entire island. It is so spacious and has everything you need! The front staff are just incredible humans and we will for sure stay there again!

We had an amazing family holiday at the hotel. Amenities were good quality and clean. Staff were so friendly, helpful and hospitable. They answered all our questions and queries. They assisted with recommendations and helped with any issues we had. Highly recommend the hotel. We really loved it.

Lovely modern hotel.
