"What a beautiful spot tucked away yet close to absolutely everything. We checked in later than expected due to a flight delay and the kind staff waited up for us. Fantastic suggestions were provided to experience the city as much as possible during or short stay. We would certainly recommend this residence for travellers. We loved it!"

"Good service. Quiet and tucked away. We enjoyed our stay and recommend."

"The room was more than serviceable. I am not such a fan of a pedestal bed, but that’s what they do, the breakfast was top notch and the ability to grab a cold water or a beer anytime you like is great. And the laundry worked wonderfully. The only things I would work on was the water getting hot, not such a bad thing n this climate and isolating the smokers at breakfast. It seems a smoking quarter away from the eating and the ash trays would be good"

"Clean room, helpful staff, free laundry and working AC. This was the perfect and cheapest room I stayed in last 12 days of my visit to Vietnam. We had just 1.5 days at HCM and then to airport from here. Highly recommended place for people with no fuss and just rest for a day. It's at a very convenient location too. Lot of food options nearby."

"Staff curteous, room cleaned, good breakfast, good location, good for value."

"I was very happy with this location and I would book again. It’s close enough to center but without the noise ."

"The room was perfect for our family of 4. We had the room with 2 beds and small kitchen incl balcony. The hosts/owners were very helpful and gave lots of recommendations. "

"Room was clean and staff was friendly"

"Great breakfast and good shopping around"

"Great staff, quiet hotel, although it was a bit older and beds weren’t the most comfortable cheap rates and great location."

"Will definitely stay again!!!"

"Location is a bit off as there is only one Family mart 200m away unlike Pham Ngo Lao area. Hotel pool and a sauna is great for a afternoon dip. Buffet breakfast at lobby is average. Overall is a nice stay of 2 nights in September 2026 (raining season)."

"Stayed in a private room, it was bigger than expected and much nicer than a dorm, with toiletries and a fridge/kettle included. Best nights sleep on my 2 week trip round Cambodia and vietnam. There were 2 windows high on the wall into the corridor, which seemed weird as they were open when I got into the room so I could hear everyone in the hallway, they should have blinds etc ideally to stop the light coming in overnight. We also didn't know the main entrance woukd be closed and shuttered up at...
