The location of the hotel was fantastic, centrally located. Beautiful rooms and breakfast area. The hotel had everything that we needed, but the staff is where the hotel excelled, all the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after, Trinh was absolutely amazing, a truly beautiful place to stay in HCMC, we cannot wait to visit again

Staff was phenomenal! Always so pleasant and very accommodating! Chloe in particular truly made this hotel a wonderful choice. We liked the breakfast selection and used the pool which were very nice. We told the staff we were leaving for the airport early on check out day and they were ready and waiting for us at 0430 with a packed breakfast! Would definitely stay again
