Legacy hotel provided us an amazing stay! The staff were kind and helpful, the food was delicious and the room was fantastic. The restaurant also provided a wide range of gluten free food and drink options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

It was a clean room and good location, fast communication with staff. Everything was good except the only thing was that they were a bit misleading about the laundry price and I realized too late that I got charged more than they advertised.

This building is very new! The breakfast is the best, it has many types of dishes to try with a great view of the city and the pool. The staff are really nice and would definitely help with whatever you need to assist. It has a koi pond next to a pool which I think is really cool. Some problems I have is there's ants on the dining table, weak flush for the toilet, and poor wifi connection.

The rooms were large and very clean. We were travelling as a group and were located in the same tower. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had in a hotel. The staff were always replenishing the dishes and the variety was incredible. The pool was lovely, although a little cool, as with all the hotels we stayed in in South and Central Vietnam. The pool area was a lovely place to sit and chat at the end of the day. It will be even better when the pool bar is completed. I would certainly stay here again. The location was great and many eateries and massage places located nearby.

An Exceptional Stay – Luxury, Outstanding Service and Genuine Care We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Luxury Apartments and Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the beautiful, brand-new luxury apartments to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. They didn’t just provide excellent service during our stay; they followed up and made sure we were well looked after. One moment that particularly stood out was when my son accidentally hit his head in the pool. Multiple staff members checked on him each day afterwards to make sure he was okay. This level of genuine care and attention meant so much to us as a family and speaks volumes about the people who work here. As someone travelling with a child who has coeliac disease, finding safe gluten-free food can be challenging, particularly in Vietnam. Lancaster was the only hotel throughout our entire Vietnam trip that provided proper gluten-free options, including gluten-free bagels and bread. This made an enormous difference to our experience and allowed us to enjoy breakfast without the stress of having to negotiate suitable food every morning. The combination of luxurious, modern accommodation, thoughtful service and genuine attention to guests’ individual needs made this hotel stand out above everywhere else we stayed. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay where y

I don’t think the Lancaster can decide if it is a hotel or a place renting out vacant apartments. If they want to be a hotel then they need to improve customer service and the standard of the rooms. I had arranged a special Room set up to celebrate a special Anniversary. They said they would do it, on check they confirmed they had done it but actually nothing had been done. A big disappointment. I’m still awaiting the apology. The room is under furnished - there is a nice kitchen but no cutlery, plates, bowls, kitchen utensils, pots, pans. Nothing. A completely useless kitchen. The bed is pushed into the corner so access is difficult and only one bedside cabinet so my things had to go on the floor. There is then a huge space with nothing (see picture) There is no full length mirror which made it difficult for my partner when dressing and getting ready and the safe is not attached to anything so is useless - it can easily be picked up and carried away. All Little things which if you get right can turn a good hotel into a great one. We also visited the restaurant (which is very hard to find and there is no signage) and we were served undercooked (partially raw) chicken which we returned to the kitchen. The final indignity is Having to wait 15 minutes at check out whilst they check the room which is very poor - this is a 5 minute job. I regret choosing this hotel to celebrate a special anniversary. I hope they fix some of these things before I return again.

This hotel was perfect. The room was spotless and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff were kind, welcoming and very helpful. One of the members of staff Tai was especially helpful and always had advice and tips to make our stay in Ho Chi Minh City easier and more memorable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was always wide range of choice. There is a children's play area which has an abundance of toys and space for our son to play in It is situated in an ideal location with so many shops, restaurants and amenities on its doorstep. The gym is spacious and has plenty of equipment including a steam room and sauna. The swimming pool is very chilled and there is a rooftop area which is lovely to relax in in the evenings. If we're in Ho Chi Minh again will definitely stay here again

The property is on a soft opening so we knew not everything was open like the rooftop pool and bar. Awesome main pool and general spaces. Big clean rooms but no soft furnishings at all so they feel very sparse and bare. An easy stroll or grab to central areas.
