My flight was in late and didn’t reach the hotel until 11:15 pm. No one answered the phone or let me in. The hotels name wasn’t even Vento as stated on Expedia/Hotels. Com. I had to find another hotel for the night and they refused a refund.

Bathroom flooring damaged, shower didn’t work properly, open breaker box in closet. Initially did not have a fitted sheet on the bed, just a flat sheet draped across but I was able to get one from the staff.
There was a mini fridge and microwave, which was nice but no coffee maker or ice machines.
Booked for two nights, but only stayed one due to conditions.

The room was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and they accepted our dogs. The management was very friendly and considerate. We would stay there again.

For a very cheap room, it was not too bad. The hotel room was a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I have paid more than double for worse rooms!

I like that it's pretty quiet around there. I didn't like the shower. When I turned it to shower, the temperature & water pressure was very inconsistent. However, you get what you pay for & they do allow pets!

Staff was friendly. The area around is a bit shabby. Totally happy with my choice to stay here.

I’ve stayed at this location at least 7 times now this year traveling back and forth between Texas and Minnesota to care for family. I have never been disappointed with my stay here. it’s in a great safe location, is extremely clean and always comfortable beds no matter the room I’ve been in. I highly recommend staying here.

Front desk was helpful and friendly.Location close to what there is to go in Hutchinson. Clean facility and room.
