The last time we stayed it was absolutely horrible. The first room we got was absolutely infested with bed bugs. I have pictures and Friday May 31st we checked in got the room situated an left to go to friends came back about 130am and our room card keys were not working. ABSOLUTELY NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AT ALL WHATSOEVER. CALLED AN CALLED USED THE RING BUTTON FOR ASSISTANCE. 8 YR OLD HAD TO SLEEP IN THE TRUCK UNTIL FINALLY WE WERE ABLE TO SHIMMY OUR SLIDING DOOR THAT LEAD TO THE POOL OPEN at about 530am. The following morning when the rude ass lady at the counter heard an seen the note we left at the front desk she had the audacity to tell us well there's a sign that says off duty and next time maybe we should just keep the sliding door unlocked when we leave from now on. HOW SAFE IS THAT?!?!? AND WHAT IN THE HECK IS THE DEAL WITH NOT GIVING ANY EXTRA TOWELS, AND FOR A DOUBLE BED ROOM ONLY ALLOWING 2 BIG TOWELS AND 1 SMALL HAND TOWEL!?!?!? AN THAT SAME GAL MADE IT OUT TO BE THE BIGGEST ISSUE.

Stayed here for 3 days and anytime I am in hutchinson for work I book here without any hesitations. The staff are very pleasant and will work with you on any accommodations needed. The rooms have been very clean. A mini fridge, and microwave are available in the rooms, which make longer stays very convenient. The hotel does NOT smell like cigarettes, like the majority of any other hotel in hutchinson. Also do not miss out on the indoor pool, the ceiling in the pool room (center of hotel) is captivating and very pretty. Pool is clean, and warm! Overall a 5 star in my books!!!

Outlets didn't work in room. Stated pets were allowed and then refused to let dog in. Would have stayed elsewhere if I knew the pet wasn't allowed.

rooms were somewhat clean . no ice buckets. conditioner, soap was old. cigarette butts littered the grounds. a lot of broken or cracked bathroom fixtures. cigarette burns on the bedspread

Average hotel for area. Clean room and beds. Toilets too small and low to the ground. Dirty hallways.

Not a whole lot to like. When checking in, the receptionist is using her phone to translate Spanish to English. 1 of our 2 rooms the door would not lock. We were told the lock needed new batteries and that they would have them the next day. So if we left the room anyone could have just helped themselves into our room. They finally gave us another room. My mother was staying in one of the rooms. During the night she had killed 2 cockroaches. One was in the tub, the other came out of the baseboard going up the wall by the air conditioner. Yes, the facility is old but no excuse for them not to vacuum the carpets in the halls. Overall, not satisfied. A lot could be done to improve.
