Despite having made a reservation in September of 2023 for a 4 night stay, we checked in and discovered someone else was already in the room checked out to us and we were told to leave due to the hotel being full. We were then charged for our first night again 2 days later.

I booked through Expedia and just realized the hotel also charged my card for the accommodation. And cannot get anyone on the phone at the hotel!!

The hot tub could of used work and our tv didn’t work and we had to move to other room

Not impressed. Staff seems distant except for friendly lady who worked the breakfast. The place has an aged, worn look to it. Couches in lobby are gross.

The room was cool, clean and didn't have a musty smell or sticky carpet. We could have used more towels since we had 5 people. Was nice having a suite all 5 of us could be in one room for our girls night out. 👍

The location of this property is ideal. A person can walk to a series of different restaurants and a mall.
