Nmit was fairly quiet. However, there was a lot of remodeling supplies lying around everywhere. Pretty sure the pool won't open any time soon as they were using the deck for saws and supplies. One stairwell and emergency exit hampered by a roll of carpet pad. Smell was of stale cigarettes in corridor, breakfast wasn't much (mostly dry single serve items), non smoking room sheets had cigarettes holes in them. If I had known it was being remodeled and just getting going, I would chosen another hotel.

Hi Karen, thank you for deciding to stay with us and taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay with us. It is true that the property was under renovations but the renovations was completed 2-3 weeks ago before your stay. The remodeling supplies were not lying everywhere instead they were put in places where guests were not allowed and as per the pool we open the pool on memorial day so we have plenty of time to move the supplies from the pool which we have already did. The carpet roll is too heavy to be lifted by 2 people so that is why they were left by the stairways. We are out of room and trying to make room to put the rolls of carpets but they are put in a way that it is not blocking the passage at all. We serve a continental breakfast which includes muffins, donuts, cereals, oatmeal, milk, apple and orange juice, yogurt and coffee. Additionally we serve waffles, biscuits and gravy. We stay here often. We are treated well and by staff. They are friendly and respectful.

Had constant beeping noise, removed carpet in hallway while I was in room without telling me. Breakfast was bad and unclean.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused but when checking in the front desk representative did inform you that the property is installing new hallway carpet and there were signs all over the property to inform the guests about the new hallway carpet been installed. We serve a continental breakfast which is common breakfast served by most of the motels nowadays. In continental breakfast, most of the food items are packaged so how can they be unclean. Your feedback is very important to us as here at Days Inn we strive to continuously meet and exceed our guests expectations.

Quiet area staff was efficient and helpful, very hardworking people. We stay here often and have never had an issue. It's off to itself but close to mall and many dining options.

Tub-Shower curtain moldy, tub is stained, light out over table, fluorescent light blinking, towels threadbare need to replace, person checking us in was on the phone - didn't give us personal attention, bedsheets are not white - off white, - need to replace, the hallway on second floor only had the rug padding, no rug. That was dangerous for tripping. I did like the roomy suite.

I am saddened to hear that you did not like the front desk not giving you personal attention. You called the front desk informing him that the fluorescent light was blinking and the front desk told you that he would be there to take a look at it. Couple of minutes later you called the front desk and informed him that the light stopped blinking. The front desk still offered to come take a look at the light but you refused saying to take a look at it when you check out. The light over the table was not out because it has a separate switch on the closet wall which when we entered the room was not turned on. The rug padding on the second floor is temporary as we are remodeling the motel and are waiting for the new carpet. Customers would still complain if they would see concrete on the second floor hallway so that is why there was rug padding. Us been a brand of WYNDHAM, we have to order everything from WYNDHAM approved vendors. The vendors do not keep anything in stock so we had to give a special order for the carpet which can take up to 2-3 months. About 3:00 a.m. room next door was very loud. Only got about 4 hours of sleep. Went to have a continental breakfast at 6:00 a.m. and it wasn't ready. We were told it was served from 6 to 9. Place was nice and clean.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused but if the room next door was too loud you could have called from the room phone and informed us so that we could have called the room or knock on the door and tell them to lower down their voice. If the issue still continued we would have switched you rooms but you did inform us about the issue so how can we take care of that. We do serve continental breakfast from 6-9:30 and by the time you came to eat breakfast we were almost done setting up the breakfast. Your feedback is very important to us as here at Days Inn we strive to continuously meet and exceed our guests expectations.

Two star at best. Room was ok. Hall carpet needs addressed. Make all rooms on smoking!

Hi Dennis, thank you for deciding to stay with us and sorry for the inconvenience caused but the hallway carpets are soon going to be changed. The hallway carpet is part of the renovation we are doing but since it is the DAWN package approved by WYNDHAM for all DAYS INN, no vendor have them in stock. We have to place a special order for them just like other DAWN package stuff which we have already ordered but the wait time for the hallway carpet is 2-3 months. When checking in the front desk representative confirmed with you the room type you booked but you said you booked a non-smoking room. When the front desk representative asked you to check the confirmation email, it clearly said Smoking two beds. The front desk representative would have switched you to a non-smoking room with two beds but we had no availability because of the NJCAA Basketball tournament. Your feedback is very important to us as here at Days Inn, we strive to continuously meet and exceed our guests' expectations.
