Under new ownership and bring remodeled. Rooms could be cleaner anyway. Front desk person was super friendly and helpful.

This place is a f’in joke! Don’t go here if you have any mold allergy as it is mold everywhere, especially the pool area. Bring your own bedding if you are going here the stuff is not clean. Hope you don’t want to smell drugs the whole time because you will. Staff are creepy and sketchy! Check under the bed for knives! Good luck I would suggest sleeping in your car over this hotel.

The young woman who checked me in was the best. She was enthusiastic and excited about all the reservations she had today.

Everything was broken. Both locks were broken and we literally had to kick a door in. No a/c. Very dated.

Upon arrival to property, there was no lighting in the parking area. When I went inside, there is no one to be seen after about a 10 minute wait someone appeared from behind closed doors. Upon entering the front doors. I noticed a smell, the smell of mustiness and stale odor. I told the person behind the counter that I had made a reservation with Expedia. She says "I don't know why that went through because we are not taking reservations through Expedia." She then proceeded to tell me that she did not have the king room that I had reserved. She said the building and hotel was under renovation and that they had limited rooms available. She showed me a room with two queen beds, unlike the one room that I had reserved. The room had broken, trim, work, unmatched, bedding in a nonworking fridge and broken furniture. It was in complete shambles on top of that. It smelled horrible! No one in the right mind would stay there feeling safe and comfortable. I told the front desk lady that I absolutely could not stay here. She told me that I would have to cancel my reservation through Expedia and hopefully get refunded. Of course, I have not heard back from Expedia with my poor experience for a full refund. I am highly disappointed in not only the days in in Hutchinson, Minnesota, but also in Expedia, in their lack of response to this review, and my inquiry of such poor business relations. I am reluctant to go through Expedia ever again. They should be on top of properties like this.
