Please add rubber pads to the shower, I feel in the shower for maybe the second time in my life. There were two barking dogs at 1am. I won't stay here again

The only real bad thing was that I would complain about is the ice machine on our floor was broken but we just would get it from the main floor

The place was great! We stayed at this location for our 4 night trip to cedar point with no problems! The price is pretty reasonable and not too far from the park. Everyone complaining about the trains must have never stayed in Sandusky..almost every hotel in the area has the same “problem”. We will definitely be back in the fall!

Elevator was out of order, hot tub was out of order, pool was very strong with chemicals, bedding was very thin, and you could smell cigarettes in the hallways even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but certainly not the best. Still waiting for a deposit return…

Very clean. Pool was very comfortable. Hot tub was broken which was disappointing. Staff is helpful with what they can.
