The check in was terrible. Did not have our reservations for 4 rooms for 2 nights. The front desk person told us that it is cheaper if we don't use a website to book and then charged us more. I notified hotels.com and the issue was fixed the next day. The room was not very clean and smelled musty.

We are very sorry your reservations did not come in until later, but we were able to accommodate what was needed that same night. We really wish you would have let the front desk know about the cleanliness of the room, we could have offered a discount or even switched you to a different room. We do hope to see you for a future stay.

The place was old and run down and far to costly for what the room was like.
The breakfast was good, the staff were great and accomodating, but the place needs a makeover for the price that we paid
