We rented months in advance and a week prior received a call saying the reserved room was overbooked and we had to take a different room. The day we were coming we received another call saying the room we chose was available. We checked in and noticed the bottom of the dresser was extremely dusty. Then my bedside lamp wouldn't work. I figured out that it was unplugged. Plugged lamp back in. I took a shower in the morning and there was no water pressure and the water was cold. Staff couldn't be found half of the time. I will NOT stay in this hotel again.

The lobby and our room was nice. The lamps were a little outdated. Was not impressed with having to pick up a phone to check in and then leave the key cards in a basket. I only seen the front desk person at check in. I was also not impressed that hot tub was closed. There was nothing posted anywhere about it. We found out when we went looking for it

The room was average but the hot tub in my room was broken and not fixed until the end of my stay. They didn’t take AmEx which was the card I needed to use for business. No bacon at breakfast, only sausage which I don’t eat. Not the worst stay but not great.

Cleaning staff left something in bathroom and when I checked the bathroom the floor was filled with ants eating whatever it was in the bathroom The ants were coming from under the tub of the shower. After I cleaned up as many answers I could and flush them it was around 1:30 in the morning and I couldn't get back to sleep I decided not to go to the management because they just put me in another room and I just feel uneasy anyways. I called in the morning early to let them know the problem they did not offer any solution. When I put my complaint in when I was checking out I was not offered a refund nor any compensation for a horrible night's sleep. The breakfast area was nice The lobby was clean my room was not.

Would have been nice of them to say they were doing renovations and the hot tub was closed until the end of the month

The gal at the front desk when we arrived was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean. The hotel did say it had a exercise area and juccuzi.....there is none...the place where it was supposed to be was closed up and it looked like it was use for storage. Maybe that could be taken off the website since there isn't one available. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
