the shower and toilette too small, the room between the toilette and the hand wash so small made it difficult to use the toilette, too many cats in the hallways and the street the property on is bad, I had to hire two taxis to find this property. I had to wait one hour to check in as the room wasn't ready even the agreement to check in time was approved by property.

Dear David,We are bewildered, disappointed and, quite frankly, flabbergasted by your review, to say the least.Check-In: We have a time-stamped video that your unit was ready 2:05PM and the agreed check-in time was 3PM of which you were late yourself, probably due to the no 2 below;Taxi:It seems that that you were taken for a ride (literally) by the old "I don't know where it is so I need a second taxi to show us the location and I happen to have a friend right here" all while both meters are running at your expense and give you the grand tour around Hurghada while trying to find the place.Sheraton Plaza located 10 mins from the airport via a main road as center as you can get in Hurghada. In addition, Sheraton Plaza is exactly mapped on all major online mapping services AND we sent the location available on your guest info page.It was a shame you did not show them the location as this then could have been avoided and you, yourself, would be on time for the check-in agree 3PM. Not 4PM when you showed up with our staff waiting.Bathroom:The bathroom is just renovated and well shown on the pictures which also tells a lot about the standard. Sorry it was not to your liking.Cats:As Egyptian are crazy about cats, there are tamed cats at several locations wherever you go and they do no harm and always move when you approach. That's part of Egyptian culture. Sorry that was not to you liking either.We are very confident that the price you paid (25 give or take) at this location, and this standard with fully equipped kitchen, etc, and a location in the very heart of Hurghada by the New Marina, including free water, electricity and one of the best WIFI's in Hurghada, is right on the money.Feel free to book any of the major hotels in the 300m or so area and compare what you get for the (start at) 150 vs what you get with us.Feel free to contact us anytime if you wish to see the video and give honest and valuable feedback based on actual events so that we can improve whatever we can improve because we take constructive feedback, good or bad, extremely seriously.We wish you good luck in the future and safe travels.

The Plaza is on an unmade/dirt road just off the main shopping street so the 1st impression is not very good. Inside it is basic but has a lift and our room on the 4th floor was very nice. It is self catering and has everything you need including a microwave/washing machine. You look after yourself and put your rubbish in a bin by the lift which was emptied reguliary
