excellent for kids, the hotel is huge and the facilities very good, many pools, restaurants and fantastic activities. The only negative is the restaurant staff seems to be under heavy pressure and is sometimes very rude

Great hotel for kids
Posted 4 Nov 2016Staff really paid attention to my little boy making him laugh and smile making it a very relaxed place to be when you are on your own with a little one. Children's pool is fantastic with lifeguards on duty. A mini disco and show each evening was fun for all too.

bad food and beverages
Posted 14 Sep 2016 on Hotelswe dint enjoy our stay in this hotel..the most bad experience was the food and beverages is horrible..its not eveb call a 5 star and we ask them to bring an iron and iron board they reply us that there is a charge for that..notice also the kitchen utencils is not like a 5 star..will never comeback again in this hotel..though the location is nice but a bad service.

Beautiful property but horrible service
Posted 12 Sep 2016Stayed for about a week. Originally booked a seaview superior room, when i got there one pf the staff that was helping us check in put us in a basic room that was facing some small garden. Went back to him and then he said, "oh sorry lets put you in the right place" and sure enough it wasnt, it was a lagoon view. The next day, we got to the breakfast buffet 15 min before closing, no waiter showed up to take our drink order, when i saw one and asked him for a coffee, he said "the coffee machine is there, we are closing in 10 min". A few similar incidents occurrd with the staff. Other than the terrible service, the place is 10 stars. Beautiful property right on the beach. Food was below average served in a total of 5 restaurants. Check out other places before booking this one.
