Terrible! Even for it being as cheap as it is, its Terrible. Terrible staff, Terrible food, Terrible guests. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Hotel Bonito pero pésimo

Hotel bonito las instalaciones muy bonitas las piscinas y la playa pero la gestión del hotel un desastre, hotel donde van muchos egipcios y es un desastre porque la gente arrasa con la comida para luego tirar casi todo no tienen modales! Menús repetitivos poca variedad y comida muy mala! Cuando se acaba la comida no reponen nada más así que si no vas cuando abren en punto quizás te quedas sin nada una vergüenza para un hotel “5 estrellas” instalaciones muy pero que muy sucias! habitaciones viejas y sucias, personal normal sin más parece que están saturados de la gente.

Clean polite staff. No internet and very poor food

Hawaii le Jardin have a very big potential but they are not using it to the fullest. Prior to booking this hotel we read lots of bad reviews but still wanted to check it by ourselves. The rooms are ok with very good view of the pools garden and sea. Thats great. Very beautiful garden that are being taken care throughout the day. 👌 The staff is polite. But the food is a total mess. Sorry guys try and improve your food. You have a massive buffet but the taste is just not possible. And that's why you'll see a lot of waste. As people will serve themselves and after tasting will throw away more than half of their plate. Please invest in your chefs. Its better to have less tasty food than a vessel of food that will go to the bin. The quantity of food that is wasted in this hotel is incredible. And that's very sad as people are dying of hunger elsewhere. Internet was free only at the reception but the signal was extremely low. Thats not internet better put internet in the bill and give your clients a good signal. Overall our stay was not too bad but if i have an advise to give to hotel le Jardin it will be to invest in food and internet. They have a very big potential that is not exploited.

This is personal advise don't book this hotel, its got 5 Star. I am Gold Member in Hotels.com i would rate this as 2 Star Hotel. Food/Customer Service and conditions of hotel is no way its 5 Star. I would nerfed

A good resort to stay in....

every thing is very good this was my second visit to this resort i really enjoyed my second stay but the service at the reception desk is not as good as service supplied in other departments of thr resort.

The Worst Hotel Ever .

The worst Hotel ever . The worst receptian people ever met. Restaurant odor is awful. Food is low quality. Air condition in lobby not working almost . Light in lobby closed at 10 pm . no serive at all , you do every thing by yourself. Rate price at hotel less than Hotels.com website by 50% . Online reservation delivered to hotel too late 3 p.m Very bad experince !!!

Dirty swimming pool. Drinking water is unavailable

Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: The managers of the hotels have to go to the real 5 stars hotels to opserve how do they treat with guests. Also, the hotel shoud be ranked as 2 stars.
1- The swimming pools are dirty. 2- the washrooms are dirty and don't have soap or tissue. 3- All inclusive doesn't include water bottles. They just give you plastic cups of water when you need. You need to pay for water bottles. 4- The reception staff are not friendly. 5- The elavetors, room dors, and furniture need repare. 5- Extreamly long line up for food. 6-The cheffs don't ware gloves when providing you with food. 7- It is very hard to order an extra bellow or cover. 8- the washroom inside the room has only one towel for 4 people. 9- The hotel uses strong smell material to get rid of any bad smell due to lack of the cleaning in the common area. These smell causes alargy. 10- The managers of the hotels don't care about making people satsfied. This hotel can't be even 3stars hotel. I will never recommend it to anyone.
