The front desk staff was friendly and exceptional. They made us feel at home when we arrived and made us look forward to the next time we return to Huntsville. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a safe location. The room was immaculate and had the right amenities. There were several shopping and dining options, both in walking and short driving distances. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the same.

The staff at this property are the most customer friendly people I have ever encountered. My wife said we must stay at this property every time we take a trip to Huntsville.

From the moment we walked in everything was nicely organized and clean. The staff was very friendly and made an easy check in process. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The complementary breakfast had all sorts of items. Nice section even for my little one who is a picky eater. Definitely recommended!

We loved this hotel! We stayed from Thursday- Sunday and would have loved to stay longer. It was super clean, and the breakfast was awesome! We loved that our kids had a whole separate area with a daybed and trundle bed (both quite comfortable which is novel amongst hotel pullout sofa beds). The staff were all incredible! Housekeeping staff were all very friendly and did a phenomenal job. Every member of the staff was very kind and accommodating especially Jonathan, Cornelius, Marcie and Joel! They all did that little extra for our family that made us feel right at home. The area is also super cool. Lots of restaurants, some with bars and evening entertainment and a delicious bakery. There was a farmers market on the green right next door on Saturday morning with games for kids and several booths. The Providence area is still under construction but once it's all done, it's going to be such a nice little spot within Huntsville.
