We are so sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and our team works hard to take care of our guests. If you would like to share more details about the specifics that did not meet your expectations, we would love to learn more so we can work on that. We would do everything we can do make sure your next experience is a better one. We strive to control what we can, such as friendly guest service and a noticeably clean suite. We are in the midst of a hotel refresh, as the exterior is being painted. But we are working to minimize any negative impacts on our guests, and the work will be completed very soon.
