Very dirty, staff unfriendly and unhelpful. However, i think she is the only one who works their. Pool is unusable and hasnt been clraned in sometime

Went to check in 3 times and were told our room wasn’t ready. At 9pm we were given a room with the following issues: dirty, only one of three lamps had a lightbulb in it, the TV did not work and was off the wall bracket on the dresser, no towels, the bathroom door did not have a doorknob and would not shut, the whole place smelled like weed, the pool water was a brownish green. We should not be charged for this stay!!!

I paid $110 for one night in this hotel, the front desk lady was getting pretty snippy with the ither customers, she also was checking in people via the phone with someone else, reading off their addresses from their driver's license out loud where other customers could hear. My room wasnt ready and apparently needed to be cleaned, mind you this was 11 pm so i would assume that the room should have been cleaned after chexkout earlier that day, i was given a different room, given the key, to i went outsude to grab my stuff to bring it in and to my surprise, the key didnt work. I went back to the desk to get it rekeyed, and there was a line of customers trying to check in. The front desk lady had disappeared. The othwr customers after about 25 minutes left, but since i already had paid online stayed because i wasnt going to just give them 110 dollars for nothing, the lady showed back up after about 45 minutes. All i wanted to do was take a shower and go to sleep since i had been working since 2am, i got into the room and only one lamp worked, or had a lightbulb in it, there was no showerhead, the tv was there but not hooked up, there were no towels or wash rags, the mini fridge was dirty... but at least the bed was made. I will never stay here again.

Our check in experience was ok…we waited for 10-20 min but the front desk attendant was clearly dealing with more than just check ins. The ice maker was broken (front desk attendant gave me some ice from their personal freezer) and the pool was green and not usable. The room was decent, very humid but after turning the AC on it was ok.

Stayed just one night. The front desk was understaffed with one lady trying the best she could to check everyone in but it was not a smooth process. Our room, while seemingly okay upon arrival, required more attention on further inspection. Lipstick on one of the comforters, a empty water bottle on the floor but he nightstand. no plastic water glasses, and a coffee pot with no coffee or mugs. The worst part was the bathroom was in disrepair. The toilet seat so worn large parts were no longer white and wood showed through. Weird metal exposed brackets where maybe a hairdryer used to be. A dirty empty tray that was maybe intended to hold glasses or disposable toiletries. The bathroom lighting had different colored lightbulbs The beds were load and squeaked every time like someone sat down or rolled over. No clock in the room. It was just one night so we stayed but would not book here again.

The pool was not able to be used, there was no signage of any sort, just a padlock on the gate and was a very interesting color. The customer service was very poor, when I was waiting to inquire about getting a second roll of toilet paper as we had run out from the partial roll that was in the room, I noticed the receptionist was much more friendly with other individuals and gave very annoyed glances every time we made eye contact. The "snack" area had 5 bags of chips and that was all, but the website highlighted a large snack area for purchase. The room overall was dirty as I found a lot of scraps on the floor as it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The phone and alarm clock wasn't even plugged in, just sitting on the bottom of the night stand.
