Pros..Property was clean, staff were nice. Cons..Needs some renovations. Dresser Draw was coming apart Plumbing needs updating. Every time you flushed the toilet the water would keep running.

This property looks nothing like the photos online. In the lobby bathroom, someone left toothpaste and a toothbrush with toothpaste on it. The toilet in the bathrooms were not clean AT ALL. Feces were on the toilet. The paint was chipping in every inch of both rooms I looked at. Water damage on the ceiling. There was a cigarette butt and dust on the armoire. You could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Worse experience ever. The pool had spider walking on water. The window on the ground floor did not lock let alone completely close.

The property weas unclean, cigarette butts and trash on the grounds in many places. We got a pet room, because we were traveling with an animal, expecting it to smell of pet but it smelled so strongly of urine we had to leave the window open the whole stay. We didnt have towels in our room upon arrival at 1am. There is all sorts of damage in the rooms and common areas. It works if you need a place to stay....

The room smelt like smoke in a nonsmoking room. It was an easy switch but then that room offered had rusted tub fixtures. The small TV on top of the armoire. Just uncomfortable. Very very outdated. The reviews are not correct. Cannot be correct. No way an 8. They must complete their own reviews. Let’s see how breakfast goes.

TV didn't work and wasn't replaced till the 2nd day, window screens were ripped

Pictures on Expedia do not match the hotel , Checked in and had to give a deposit, the room they gave me 224 was tore up , when I walked up to the room the door was open , I walked in and the curtains were ripped up and barley hanging, the drawers were smashed in and with no pillows or comforter , and had a bad smell . I went back to the desk and they walked up with me and basically oh , I told them that I’m not taking a chance of them taking my deposit, they gave me another room which was better but still wasn’t that great . When you walk down the halls , the walls had patches everywhere like people just kicked in the walls . Not a great place to stay at all , like say the pics look great , but heck no never again , hopefully I get my deposit back , seemed kinda shady
