I didn’t get the size bed that I paid for. When I called down to the front desk the lady lied to me and said they were queens, but in the morning when I checked out they confirmed to me that they were doubles. I said I paid for queens and the only thing they said was “sorry about that”. They didn’t offer to fix anything for me. The ladies at the breakfast however were wonderful!

All our rooms with two beds are queen size, and the front desk provided accurate information during your check-in and you did receive the room type that you reserved. Please note that we do not have any rooms with double beds at our hotel. The term “double queen beds” is sometimes used to refer to our two-bed rooms.
