I’m always told that because I used Expedia I’m missing out on some sort of value

Thank you for providing feedback about your stay. When using third party booking sites, you do not receive the best discounts as when booking on the brand website. Rewards members also do not receive the benefits normally given when booking direct.

People at front desk seemed nice, but were almost always outside smoking when we needed them.
