It was nice other than my room being right off the highway it was noisy

The property was easy to find as it sits on Pacific Coast Hwy. I was disappointed you couldn’t see the water from the hotel but it was an easy drive to Huntington Beach. The room was small but clean. There was a hairdryer but no iron or iron board. It’s worth noting that stairs were required to reach the rooms with no other way to get to them. Also, there was a wonderful little restaurant called Taco Surf within walking distance that had wonderful food and great service. All in all it was a good experience!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was immaculately clean and bright. No elevator. Parking on site. Room had lots of windows and was very clean - only problem for me was the lack of lamps. All the lights (pot lights) are on the ceiling and are very bright and harsh LED lights. I would really have preferred some bedside lamps that were lower wattage. Also the hotel is located on a very busy highway and I think rooms at the front would be incredibly noisy. My room faced the back (nice view) but also had a side window that faced the road, and the road noise was pretty bad. Overall a clean and convenient place to stay in Sunset Beach.

Room was nice but all rooms are upstairs and the stairs treads are narrow making access to units upstairs dangerous. I am not sure if treads are up to code

$29 dollar parking fee.
Car was blocked in and we couldn't leave.

We regret the inconvenience caused. But we have never charged you any parking fee. Where did you pay the fees. Also the days you stayed in there were more parking slots vacant. If you got stuck you should have immediately asked the front desk to help.

Walking distance to the beach but sidewalks here and there. Two adults, one teen and two toddlers. Fit us well and clean. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
