Room was comfortable and clean, internet was brutally slow, water didn’t get hot…reason for low score

This motel is conveniently located near restaurants and walkable beach access. It's great for a quick stay and has very clean rooms. The rooms are properly serviced with no hair or signs of pests and the beds are changed routinely. The mattresses are on the firm side, so longer stays than a night could possibility cause discomfort if you're used to a pillowtop mattresses. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the area which is a plus of you are not. I'd recommend staying here if you desire to be across the street from the beach. There is only a $100 deposit for a pet free stay. They did ask if we had pets or children, not sure if there is additional deposit for children though.. Maybe they try to accommodate the noise of children on higher level floors by giving you a 1st floor room. But, that's just my guess. There could be an additional cleaning deposit for pets. Again, I didn't have any pets during my stay, so that is another guess. I recommend calling ahead to confirm any additional deposits or accommodations for your stay if you have kids or pets.

The one parking spot was a bummer. And The amount of the charge for an additional spot was expensive and ridiculous.

Sorry for inconvenience close to beach land value is high still we provide 1 room 1 parking is free now lots of hotel in prime area no free parking .
