There was no hot water in the room. They advertised a breakfast but only had apples granola bars and coffee. When I asked for a refund for the second night of the stay was told the manager was not there. Went back four times and manager was never there

Room was not ready when we arrived because they were "understaffed". Once the room was "ready", we had to leave a window open due to the almost unbearably strong cleaning chemical smell. Heidi was very nice, but we were unable to use the shower or sink for most of our stay because all water coming out was extremely too hot to even touch. It was "fixed" for just an afternoon. Clearly did not know how to use or adjust their new water heaters. Broken latch on door. An employee entered our room while we were inside. Missing leg from the fridge. Everything was a pretty hot mess to say the least. Thought Wyndam was a good company. I was clearly wrong. Waiting to hear about a partial refund or credit.

Bed covers stained. Stain on two of the rags and towels. I'm a burqueño myself, so I know the city is a little rough, but damn there was dopeheads all around that area. (Heidi) the maintenance man, and the women at the desk in the morning are all very friendly. Thank you guys. But the rooms could really use an upgrade old tv, (remote didn't work) had trouble getting the door open everytime I went in and out of the room.

Heidi at the front desk was very kind and helpfull. She went beyond her job to help with ordering take out for me. Also in the morning as I was walking to my car she greated me by my name and thanked me for staying there. The room was clean and comfortable and very quite
