Our room used to be a smoking room. Room was marked non smoking. Smelled musty and like old smoke. Used to be a smoker so I know the smell. Went to breakfast at 730am (starts at 6am). No breakfast ready. Girl had been there all night and was trying to get the food out. She was very nice but I believe overworked.

The wheelchair accessibility was great. The ramp could be better, as it had several cracks that were difficult to get across. The breakfast offerings were very good.
However, the mattresses were very hard and lumpy, and the toilet seat was loose and flimsy.

Liked how quiet it was & it's location. Didn't like being made to wait 10 minutes & calling twice for the desk clerk to show up to check in at 10 pm.
