This was a wonderful place to stay. My best experience I can remember. It really was a step away from your standard hotel. My husband and I will definitely stay again when next we are in the area. The breakfast was beautifully prepared, the ambiance was elegant. Truly a tranquil place to stay. I loved all the details and the care of the beautiful chapel and the grounds were perfect!

The couple operating this bed and breakfast provide comfortable rooms. A relaxing common areas to sit and enjoy reading or having conversations. They are a little out of the way but well worth the effort.

The breakfast and room was great the only problem was the gal in charge. She gave us a lecture about not having a smart phone (sorry but not everyone can afford one and we get along with our flip phone) We were the only ones staying there so I asked about changing rooms with no stairs and she made a huge deal out of it so we kept our original room which was very nice. She just ruined our stay there because of her sarcastic unfriendly nature. If you have a smart phone and don't mind 19 stairs you should have an enjoyable stay. It was close to halloween maybe she only turns into a witch then......

Hi Cheryl, I'm so sorry you thought I wasn't hospitable. We do try to communicate via txt to plan out arrivals, so that we are at the Manor to greet you. We had your room that you reserved ready for you. There is 12 stairs to the 2nd floor. I would have gladly upgraded your room to the main level, for the price of those but rooms. Wonderful stay!

This place was so cute! My husband and I stayed here on our way to Gatlinburg & we loved it. The owners were so friendly & the breakfast was very good. The room was adorable & comfortable. If we ever make it back this way again we will definitely stay here again.

Our third time staying here and it was as wonderful this time as each time before. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
