Stayed here because it was an IHG hotel and expected above standard for this 3 star rated property. However the hotel met all my expectations except the bathroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly - mold and mildew spots.

At least have coffee for your morning customers if they’re on an early flight out. Also the laundry facilities need serious attention. A seat. Access to 4th floor wouldn’t open with the card. Second floor did but was incredibly hot. I travel quite a bit. Those two things are a minimum for a decent hotel.

Serious issues with the WiFi. (Would not stay connected). I had to log in constantly because it kept dropping. The plugs in nightstand next to the bed don’t work. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the people talking in the room next to me all evening. A lot of hotels will allow a 1p late check out, this hotel does not. Other than that, it was fine

Thank you for your feedback, we do apologize for the inconvenience with the Wi-Fi we will look into it. When it comes to check out being a IHG one rewards member will allow you a late check out if available, beside that check out is 11 AM per standard hotel policy.
